“Know yourself. Accept yourself for who you are, right where you are. And then create some boundaries in your routine that aren’t serving you today in order to get closer to the life and work you truly desire.” — Mel Robbins
Growing from a kid to a teenager is a challenging time; everything is so… maximized — joy, anxiety, anger, hope, confusion, and everything in between.
Your age is to tend to bear the brunt of the issue, whether you realize it or not. You may appear absolutely fine on the outside but be dealing with some extremely significant and life-changing issues on the inside.
It’s difficult to understand all that’s going on within and outside of you, as well as everything you should know right now. Many teenagers simply do not want or feel comfortable talking about those feelings to their parents. But one thing you can do is to use positive affirmations.
They can help you get the confidence you need to enter adulthood and be eager to face the world.
To assist you in this process, I created a list of daily affirmations for teens to practice.
I’ve tried to cover all of the areas in which a teenager would seek help, but if you don’t find what you’re searching for in the affirmations below, you can always create your own.
Repeat the affirmations at least 15 to 20 times every day, preferably in front of a mirror, staring into your own eyes. Give yourself at least six months to see the amazing improvement in your life!
Let’s get to it…
